$50,000.00 Car Accident Aggravated Back Condition

A Maynard,Massachusetts woman, who was injured while a passenger in a motor vehicle received a $50,000.00 settlement related to injuries that aggravated and exacerbated her previous back condition.  While the collision involved a relatively low speed collision and minor property damage to the motor vehicle, counsel was able to show that the back condition was aggravated and received a substantial settlement award despite her previous back condition.
